Donald Phelps, 1943 ~ 2014

Hello everyone,
Our good buddy Don Phelps died last Monday. I just talked with his wife and seems he had some aches and pains last week, took some mild pain meds and rested but apparently had a blood clot that went up to his brain and he died suddenly while in bed Monday mid day. Shocking I know, as hasn't been that long ago I was talking with him and he was happily working on his cars and doing things around his house. Big surprise to me, had planned on visiting him next April and Luz & I go out there to visit my family and I show her a bit of California.
Just shows how you need to enjoy each precious moment and hold tight to your faith in the Lord Jesus Christ who gives us the victory over death! May God rest his soul and comfort his loving wife. Pray for her.
