Joseph grew up in San Gabriel and moved to Fullerton in 1956, where he completed Fullerton High School and College. He is survived by his daughter, Patricia Kiloh and sons, Robert and William Kiloh; his sister, Nancy Darnold, and 6 grandchildren.
