Ellen was my cousin. She was my big sister when I came to FUHS as a Freshman. She left behind 3 children and a 2nd husband.
She was a wonderful cousin and mother. She was an RN in an emergency room in Portland for years. She would alternate between ER and surgery. She also played the cello with the Portland Symphony Orchestra for many years. She was appointed by various governors to be on the coastal committee representing the Audobon Society for many years.
