Date of Death: October, 2015
Edna Wilson Myers, class of 1959, died October , 2015. She was a very dear friend . I know that she had been active as an alum, and was surprised that her name wasn't among those listed as deceased.
I sincerely regret that I failed to copy the name of the classmate who reported Edna's death. Sharon

Marti (Mary) Ramirez (St. Germain) (1959)
Edna, was a good person. She taught me how to play Tennis and I really had fun with her and the other girls on the courts.
Carol Maulding (Gavan) (1959)
Edna was a wonderful person. We had known eachother since Junior High School at Wilshire. We both loved sports. Edna was a good player at all of them. We spent lots of time in GAA together. Edna was the Vice President of GAA. We played on many teams together. Carol
Jeannie Morris (Nourse) (1959)
Edna was a wonderful person and friend. She was my competition in pitching soft ball at Wilshire Jr. High. I must admit she was a better pitcher than I. I kept in touch with Edna as she fought cancer. Her husband sent regular updates. She was upbeat and a loyal Christian until the very last moment. She fought so hard. I cried for her, but I know she is in heaven basking in the glory of our Lord!!!

So sorry to hear, Edna was an inspiration for her commitment to anything she took on and I especially appreciate all the work she put into the 50th reunion. She will be deeply missed.
