Cathera Proud
Cathera was a very well known Fullerton Indian cheer/song leader from LaHabra. She went on to USC, and continued that skill. She and I worked together at Betty Lou Nichols Ceramics in her off-school times. She was an artist with clay. More than that, she was a very dear person. I only heard about her death many years after the fact, so I don't know the details.

The error in spelling Cathora's name continues. It is CATHORA, not Cathera. I notice it was mispelled in one of the past FUHS reunion books, and it seems to be carrying on.

Sorry David, but that is the spelling of her name in the 2011 FUHS Alumni Directory so will have to believe that until there is other evidence. Sharon
