Linda Claire (Newkirk) Neuman married her husband, Eddie, in 1960 and moved to Big Bear Lake. Linda worked for the post office for 36 years, 25 of those as postmaster of Fawnskin before retiring. She and Eddie spent their retirement years traveling the United States in their RV. In 2010 they moved to Apple Valley. Linda will be remembered as a generous, loving soul who was happiest when she had some kind of project going. She loved hosting family and friends for her special parties throughout the year. Collecting and connecting people was an important part of her life.
