His condition was discovered when it was too late for that wipple do-it, so my brother, Gilbert, the orthopedic surgeon,who should have deciphered the symptoms of Pancreatic cancer, figured fuck it and fuck chemo. His last months included some travel, reviewing, albums, favorite books, movies and enoying friends and family. He passed away last week in morphined bliss surrounded by family. So I suspect he went into earth and ether better than I probably will. But, as you sophisticated Romans long ago observed “ln blood and shit are we born and in blood and shit do we die.”
In any case, my darling, daring, delightful angel-artist,you made and make your life into the objet trouve of your latest space and place. I, and your many amigos are with you in both ecstasies, agonies and epiphanies.
