Played Waterpolo with Dick and saw him occasionally over the years. One of life’s interesting characters. He was from a prominent wealthy family- All had fabulous art collections, including Dick. Sorry to hear of the loss.
Richard was good friend for many, many years -- to the present day. Personal or phone contact most years, including a visit to his Washington home -- lots of Andy Warhol art. I know he valued his years in Fullerton, and the friends he made. He kept his sense of humor. I'm sorry to have missed him at the last '58 reunion this past October..
