He was my brother. He left high school to join the Army. He served a tour of duty in Vietnam and, after returning from that service, was stationed in Georgia. He was killed in a single car accident on his way into town from the base. He had only three months left to serve before he would have been Honorably discharged and able to continue the rest of his life. We have never forgotten him.
Just completed searching and found Kenny's youngest brother: Vernon Blair. Sadly, I also discovered that Vernon died in 2017, according to a posting furnished by Paulette (Blair) Haupton. If anyone knows of how one could locate information on Patsy, or Paulette, I would be so very grateful.
