Charles (Charlie) Pryor served in the US Navy during World War II.
He served in the Pacific and was aboard one of the ships that entered Tokyo Bay to receive and shuttle to a Hospital Ship some of the American POW's after the signing of the treaty.
He lived in Fullerton until his death in 1995.
